In this role, you'll be the backbone of operations—safely moving, organizing, and preparing products while keeping everything running smoothly. If you have experience on Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift , this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact position. What You'll Be Doing Be hands-on and make an immediate impact: Equipment Operation Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift to move and store product Load, unload, stage, and transport materials safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance Receiving & Put-Away Unload inbound shipments and accurately store inventory Use RF scanners/WMS to track and manage product movement Maintain organized storage locations Order Picking & Shipping Pick and prepare orders with speed and precision Ensure correct products and quantities are shipped on time Stage freight and prepare it for outbound operations Quality & Inventory Control Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage Report discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Safety & Teamwork Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures Keep your work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready Support team operations and jump in where needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience Proven ability to operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift Active or previous forklift certification or similar Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Experience 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience 1–2 years' operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment What to Expect Active role with frequent lifting, moving, and equipment operation Work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot/cold conditions) Overtime opportunities based on business needs Why You'll Love This Role High-energy, fast-paced environment Opportunity to use and grow your equipment skills Team-oriented culture with strong support A chance to make an immediate, visible impact every day Contact Us: Abacus Staffing Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io
