Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
