We specialize in designing, manufacturing, automating and testing power distribution equipment for OEM, mission critical, oil and gas and mining industries. Reporting directly to the Inventory and Logistics Supervisor, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for multiple shifts to be based at our Price, UT.The Warehouse Associate (Order Picking & Kitting) is responsible for accurately picking, organizing, staging, and kitting materials to support production, project, and customer requirements. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that materials are available when and where they are needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Work Schedules available:Days - Mon - Fri 6:00am - 3:30pm (Every other Friday off)Afternoon shift - Mon - Thurs 3:00pm - 1:30amWeekend shift - Fri - Sun 5:00am - 5:30pmEssential Functions - Other Duties May Be Assigned:Pick materials, parts, and components according to work orders, pick lists, and production requirements.Assemble and organize material kits using bills of materials (BOMs), work orders, drawings, and other documentation.Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, revisions, and other required information to ensure accurate picks and kits.Stage completed kits and materials in designated areas for production, projects, shipping, or other internal customers.Identify and report material shortages, damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or incorrect parts.Perform required inventory transactions in the company's ERP or warehouse management system, including material issues and transfers.Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other authorized material-handling equipment.Prioritize picking and kitting activities according to production schedules, project requirements, and operational needs.Move and deliver materials between warehouse, production, staging, and shipping areas while following established safety and warehouse procedures.Other Essential Duties:Punctual. Maintains regular and consistent job attendance. Maintains a safe working environment established by Intermountain Electronics, safety guidelines. Willing to work overtime when necessary.
