Production & Packaging Associate

As a Production & Packaging Associate, youll be responsible for operating equipment, packaging products, and ensuring everything meets high-quality and safety standards. What Youll Do

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, production orders, or batch tickets to complete tasks accurately.
• Package, label, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete documentation.
• Support inventory control, including loading, unloading, and material handling.
• Work toward meeting production goals and schedules.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your skills.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Take on other responsibilities that support the success of the team.

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift or industrial truck experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in a quality-driven or regulated environment is a bonus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day.
• Ability to lift 2550 lbs regularly and maneuver heavier items with assistance.
• Good vision and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production setting, which may include exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, or fumes.
