Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed therapy.

• Generate detailed, personalized treatment plans with measurable objectives that reflect clients’ aspirations for recovery and growth.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare providers to create and execute cohesive, multi-disciplinary treatment strategies.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a collective therapeutic environment that enhances client engagement.

• Respond to client crises and conduct risk assessments, ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of all clients.

• Accurately document clinical notes and treatment progress following ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
