AWARE is seeking a dedicated targeted case manager to join our team in Montana. We provide care to adults, children, and families, focusing on compassionate, unconditional support and personal growth. Responsibilities include managing case loads, helping clients access medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services, and coordinating billing on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
