Key Responsibilities Design and Guide Digital Experiences Lead the development of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and software interfaces. Optimize User Engagement Conduct and oversee usability testing, user research, and data analysis to fine-tune designs. Introduce creative UX strategies to improve usability and satisfaction. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields (Master's preferred). Skills and Experience: Expertise with tools like Figma and platforms like Squarespace. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for cross-team collaboration. Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards (e.g., WCAG). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira). Proven success in UX design for both websites and software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
