Job Description As a Security Officer Visitor Screening in Sweetwater, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and help maintain an orderly environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate entry and exit records. Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the facility, inspect inbound and outbound traffic as required by site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying designated contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
