Key Responsibilities of the OR RN - Operating Room

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the operating room
• Demonstrate strong orthopedic surgical skills
• Utilize the Epic EMR system effectively
• Adapt to floating between ORs at various campuses as required
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the OR RN - Operating Room

• Active FL/compact license visible through Nursys
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with strong ortho skills
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Degree accreditation or 5 years of experience required
