• Licenses & Certifications: MI Medical license or eligibility, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology, EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $525,000 $625,000 per year (based on MGMA standards, experience, and training)
• Additional Compensation:
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Potential productivity bonuses
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive, full-scope Hematology and Medical Oncology care
• Manage outpatient clinics and inpatient teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including support staff and specialists
• Participate in consultations, tumor board meetings, and patient education
• Support research and clinical initiatives, with potential academic affiliations
• Utilize state-of-the-art cancer treatment technologies and protocols
• Contribute to a patient-centered approach, ensuring high-quality outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience or recent graduates with strong training
• Compassionate, patient-focused care attitude

Preferred:

• Experience with multidisciplinary cancer care settings
• Ability to perform minimally invasive procedures and complex consultations
