WFH Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WFH Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator based in United States.

This is a fully remote data entry role focused on accurately managing and maintaining financial information within internal databases.
You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
The position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient financial operations in a structured corporate services and banking and finance environment.
You will work closely with team members to complete assignments on time and support reporting and data analysis activities when needed.
The role requires strong typing skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
You will also help identify and resolve data entry issues while following established policies and procedures.
To succeed remotely, you will need a suitable home office setup and a reliable internet connection.

Accountabilities:

• Enter and update financial data into internal databases accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entering it into the system.
• Perform regular data backups and take appropriate steps to maintain data integrity.
• Generate reports and provide support with data analysis activities as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within expected timelines.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data entry issues as they arise.
• Follow established organizational policies, procedures, and data management practices consistently.
• Maintain organized and accurate records while handling multiple data-related tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency with data entry and data management software.
• Excellent typing speed combined with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Reliable and self-motivated approach to working independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Suitable home office setup and reliable internet connection for consistent remote work.
