Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Bentonville, AR

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient setting who will work primarily with an active population of young professionals. The role involves treating a partial pelvic caseload and aims to achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily. The successful candidate will be expected to float to other clinics in Rogers and Bella Vista.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Document treatment and outcomes in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Approval required for any overtime hours worked.
