About Us:

Uplevel is building a team of high-level operators to support our mission of helping business owners create, scale, and protect real wealth.

We are seeking a Wealth Architect to lead advanced client strategy across entity structuring, tax positioning, and estate design.

 

This is not an administrative role.

 

This is a strategic, client-facing position for someone who can think at a high level and execute with precision.

 

What This Role Owns

 

Client Strategy & Advisory

• Lead strategy sessions with clients across business structuring, asset protection, and estate planning
• Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable direction
• Guide clients through implementation alongside internal teams

 

Wealth Architecture

• Design and refine entity, trust, and estate structures
• Evaluate and optimize existing client frameworks for efficiency and scalability
• Align legal, tax, and financial strategies into cohesive plans

 

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with internal teams across Tax, CFO, and Implementation
• Coordinate with outside counsel and financial professionals
• Ensure strategies are executed accurately and at a high standard

 

Thought Leadership

• Contribute to internal frameworks, client education, and workshops
• Support development of intellectual property and client-facing materials

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in tax strategy, estate planning, or business structuring
• Ability to operate at a high strategic level while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working with entrepreneurs, business owners, or high-income clients
• Clear and confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts
• High ownership, accountability, and execution standards

 

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or a recognized wealth management designation (e.g., CFP, CPA, CFO, or similar)
• Proven experience in tax, estate, or business structuring strategy
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, business owners, or high-net-worth clients
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear direction
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution standards

 

Role Details

• Full-time, remote
• Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility required based on business needs
• Occasional travel for events, masterminds, and client engagements
• Must maintain a professional, client-ready remote environment
