Program Facilitator in RAG Engineering

Seeking a remote independent contractor, the Program Facilitator in RAG and Context Engineering will guide learners through an 8-week online program focused on designing and building production-grade AI systems, facilitating lab sessions, moderating discussions, and supporting learner engagement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate weekly office hours and moderate required discussion boards Support learners in synthesizing content from live sessions and assist with capstone assignments Collaborate with academic delivery managers to enhance learner engagement and monitor progress Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as an Applied AI Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar roles A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in engineering, AI, or related fields is preferred Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and LLM APIs Experience supporting technical learners in applied or project-based environments Strong knowledge of AI systems, evaluation frameworks, and technical workflow support
