Job Role:RN / Charge Nurse

Specialty: Ortho / Neuro Surgery along with Medical / Nephrology as needed
Location:Farmington, NM
Shift: Night (5x8s)

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute care experience
• Must Have Skills/Experience: post operative patient care which includes ortho/neurosurgical/abdominal surgeries, NG tubes, chest tubes, foley catheter / turps, respiratory issues, diabetic patient care, sepsis, alcohol withdrawal, rib fractures, altered mental status, pain management.
• Candidates must live  outside 100 miles from facility.
• Relocation bonus: Available depending on relocation area. 1 year commitment minimum.
• Sign on bonus: Candidates with less than 2 years experience, $10,000. Over 2 years experience, $25,000. 2 year commitment in order to receive full bonus.
• Certifications: BLS required upon submission. All other required certifications can be obtain after hire.
• Licensure:  Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure. Candidates must obtain prior to start.
• Salary range: $29-$46 (based on years of experience)
