Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, serving a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure compliance with established nursing protocols.
• Monitor patient health and progress, administer medication, and manage patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and follow treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and additional certifications as necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
