Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC CSR S ervice Dispatcher to join our team. This person will be the hub of our office operations, managing service schedules, coordinating our technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude, this could be your home!

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and dispatch service and installation technicians efficiently.

· Answer and manage incoming customer calls and inquiries.

· Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer interactions, and service notes.

· Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and reporting.

· Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and field staff.

· Prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· Housecall Pro experience or Service Titan experience is a huge plus .

· Strong general computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

· Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
