Are you passionate about great food and fast-paced teamwork? We're looking for energetic, dependable Cooks who take pride in preparing delicious meals and creating an exceptional guest experience every day.
What You'll Do- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations for efficient service.
- Follow grilling, frying, food safety, and portion control procedures.
- Keep orders organized and moving smoothly through the line.
- Monitor cooking equipment, timers, and ovens to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work as part of a team to deliver accurate, fresh, and flavorful meals every time.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, guest checks, and company order procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to food quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and safely operate kitchen equipment.
