We defend all aspects of workers’ compensation claims for employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and municipalities. What will your day look like here? Handle all phases of defense in workers’ compensation matters- from intake and investigation, through discovery, depositions, trials, settlement negotiations. Represent clients in cases involving Labor Code § 132a, serious & willful misconduct allegations, etc. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents with precision. Work closely with clients (employers, carriers, administrators, municipalities) to counsel them on risk, strategy, and liability. Liaise with medical experts, investigators, adjusters, and court personnel. Stay up-to-date on changes in California workers’ compensation law and practice. Why join us?
