We’re Hiring: PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator

Location: East Syracuse, NY

Experience: 10+ Years

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: Up to $100k - $120K/annum

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams of 25+ resources across PLM projects.
Coordinate with customers on requirements, project status, enhancements, deployments, and go-live support.
Oversee Windchill PLM architecture, customizations, workflows, and system upgrades.
Manage resource planning, project schedules, effort estimation, and project delivery.
Prepare project plans, proposals, SOWs, and management status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on Windchill PLM and PTC product experience .
Experience as a Windchill Technical Architect .
3+ years of Windchill customization experience (Version 10 or above).
Strong knowledge of Windchill 13.0/13.1, PDMLink, ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, and action models.
Technical experience with Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML.
Proven experience in team leadership, customer coordination, resource allocation, and project management.
Knowledge of ArborText Content Delivery, BOM Transformation, and Change Management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience as specified in the job requirements.
