Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate patient data to develop appropriate care plans.
• Implement care plans and evaluate progress toward attaining patient health outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and caring environment.
• Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and family members.
