Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support both warehouse and outdoor yard operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout daily operations. Candidates should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and have experience handling materials in a warehouse or distribution setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Move materials between the warehouse and yard locations
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate material placement
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Assist with shipping, receiving, picking, and staging materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience working in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments preferred
• Ability to safely handle large or heavy materials
• Basic inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Steel toe shoes/boots are required. Additional PPE provided

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
