Shift Manager

Description The Shift Manager will lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The role provides leadership to crew and other managers, monitors performance, and maintains high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Lead shifts and ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards Monitor safety, security, and profitability Communicate with successive Shift Managers to ensure seamless operations Support Departments in meeting their goals Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates should be 18 years or older and possess a flexible schedule, positive teamwork skills, and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
