TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Clinton, Illinois, 61727!

Job Title

Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Location

Clinton, IL

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring optimal patient care and flow
Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to meet clinical needs
Address psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of patient care while meeting the communication needs of patients and families
Communicate with ED physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic study results
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
Consult with specialists and ancillary departments as required to support comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification preferred
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS) certification preferred
