Senior Workforce Manager - Park Operations & Scheduling

Splish Splash Water Park

Kennywood is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Supervisor to lead the WFM team and support park operations. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling accuracy, and data-driven decision making using Quinyx and Power BI. You will mentor staff, participate in hiring and training, and drive efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in WFM/ops/HR, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced amusement park environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
