Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking new graduate nurses to join our RN – Preceptee Program. This structured Nurse Residency Program supports a smooth transition from nursing school to professional practice. Under the guidance of experienced nurses and educators, the RN provides individualized, goal‑directed patient care in alignment with nursing standards, policies, and procedures. This is a Full‑Time Preceptee position. Upon successful completion of the precepteeship, you’ll transition into a Full‑Time RN position. During the precepteeship, you will work a variable schedule between day and night shift to support a well‑rounded training experience.
