Warehouse Associate

General Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Leander, TX shop. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items. Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer. Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting. Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials. Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment. Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 Specific Qualifications Qualifications Warehouse experience is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must be able to pass a background check. Forklift certification is a plus Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or other equipment. Work Environment Work is performed in a warehouse setting and may include exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. May require working around dust, noise, and other standard warehouse conditions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
