Base pay range $60.00/hr - $60.00/hr Organization: Mercor Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $60 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Duration: Flexible Role Responsibilities: Leverage real estate brokerage expertise to evaluate how large language models (LLMs) interpret, reason through, and respond to real estate legal and transactional scenarios. Provide insights based on your experience in residential, commercial, or mixed‑use properties. Ideal Qualifications: Currently based in the US. Strong professional experience in real estate brokerage, leasing, or client representation. Experience in roles such as Real Estate Broker, Sales Agent, Leasing Agent, Tenant Representative, Closing Specialist, or Rental Coordinator. Strong understanding of market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, and transaction management. Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Proven background in deal structuring, tenant or buyer representation, or investment property transactions. Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
