About This Role

As the Director, Integrated Workforce Solutions, you will sit at the intersection of HR, Digital Technology, Product Management, and AI. You will act as a strategic technology leader responsible for architecting and scaling next-generation workforce capabilities. In this role, you will lead workforce product strategy, design end-to-end AI and enterprise solutions, and align platform investments across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft to measurable business outcomes and elevated employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Tech Strategy & Architecture: Design and scale end-to-end enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms.
• AI & Automation Innovation: Lead the evaluation, piloting, and implementation of agentic AI, automation (Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot), and intelligent workflows to modernize employee and manager experiences.
• Product Portfolio Management: Define workforce product visions, multi-year roadmaps, and value-realization metrics focused on business outcomes rather than just tech delivery.
• Value Realization & Business Cases: Develop robust business cases for technology investments and track ROI metrics/KPIs to ensure maximum business impact and platform adoption.
• Cross-Functional Executive Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business executives, translating complex technical strategies into clear business language and driving alignment across matrixed teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Workday (architecture, configuration, integrations) alongside strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow (HRSD, case management) and the Microsoft Ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI).
• AI Implementation: Proven track record of architecting AI-enabled workforce tools, automation, and intelligent orchestrations.
• Executive Influence: Exceptional capability to lead in matrixed environments, frame business cases, and build strong enterprise partnerships.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $174,500.00 - $348,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to both short and long-term incentives, subject to plan requirements.
