Job Title: Locum - Physician - Radiology - Interventional

Summary:

Join a supportive and collaborative team at a Level II Trauma Center in Kearney, Nebraska. The facility is seeking locum coverage for Interventional Radiology services following a provider's resignation. This role is essential in maintaining the hospital's trauma status and ensuring continuity of care. You will have access to dedicated nursing and technologist support in a well-equipped environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive coverage for Interventional Radiology services.
Perform a broad range of procedures, including:
Spine procedures (pain management injections, vertebral augmentation)
Port and central line placements
Solid organ biopsies and drainages
Oncology interventions and image-guided therapies
Kyphoplasty
Breast biopsies
Collaborate with a dedicated team, including nursing staff and technologists.
Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient management and record keeping.
Qualifications:

Board Certified in Interventional Radiology.
M.D. or D.O. degree.
Prior experience in a trauma or hospital setting preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
License and Certification Requirements:

Board certification is required.
Nebraska medical license is highly preferred, or alternatively, IMLC.
Clean background and malpractice history are highly preferred.
