Compensation range for this role: $180k-$260k About the Role As the Vice President of Total Rewards for Uber Freight, you will lead all aspects of total rewards including compensation, benefits, and equity for 4,000 employees across North America,Europeand India.This role is acriticalmember of theUberFreightPeopleLeadership Team,reporting to the ChiefPeopleOfficer,and serves asa trustedpartner and advisor within the HR function and to the business.The successful candidatewill provide thought leadership to the teamandbe accountable for the design, development, enablement, and implementation of the Total Rewards strategy. What the Candidate Will Do Lead thestrategicthinking and oversee execution ofthe Uber Freight Total Rewards function to effectively evaluate, design, propose, implement, and communicate compensation and benefits strategy, programs, policies, and initiatives that competitively position Uber Freight to attract,retainand empower talent.
