Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and medication administration
• Promote a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in individualized care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Engage in activities and therapies designed to promote patient well-being and quality of life

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and service
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• This is a drug-free workplace
