Clinical Dietitian: Nutrition Therapy & Education

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients of all ages on assigned nursing units and to consult with Carle Home Care. The role also represents the Hospital Food Service on the Diabetes Team. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (IDFPR), and Registered Dietitian (CDR). You will contribute to patient education, menu planning, and interdisciplinary care conferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carle-Health
