Litigation Paralegal-Family Law

Bryant, Colletti, Kaplan, Kinsler & De la Reza, LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Austin-based legal team. Position Overview We are looking for a strong litigation paralegal with exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial or settlement for a family law firm. Required Qualifications Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent degree/experience required. Minimum 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting Strong knowledge of relevant rules of civil procedure and evidence Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff Strong case management and organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities Primary Responsibilities Manage litigation cases from start to conclusion, including settlements and trials Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and orders Coordinate and assist with depositions, mediations, and court hearings Conduct legal research and case file organization Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness preparation materials Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Perform due diligence and document review as needed Conducting new client intake by telephone Pay: $40.87 – $60.10 per hour, commensurate with experience, with the opportunity for overtime. health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off and paid holidays Free parking Collaborative and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX Additional Information This description outlines the general nature of the position and is not an exhaustive list of all duties or responsibilities.
