Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a global leader in creating innovative and outstanding products for installation in land vehicles and boats is seeking experienced industrial sewers to join their awning production team.

Job Overview: As an Industrial Sewer in the awning production team, you’ll be the hands and skill behind the fabric that shelters thousands of travelers every year. Your attention to detail and steady craftsmanship will ensure every seam, stitch, and finish meet their exacting standards—turning raw materials into products that stand up to sun, wind, and time.

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm + overtime as needed
Pay: $19/hr

What You'll Do
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble awning fabrics according to patterns, specifications, and quality standards.
Seam and join fabric panels, adding reinforcements, hems, zippers, or other components as required.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and templates to ensure accuracy in production.
Inspect materials and finished products for defects, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform basic machine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals without compromising quality.

What You'll Bring
Experience operating industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, or serger) in a manufacturing or upholstery environment.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow patterns, measurements, and technical instructions.
A commitment to quality and pride in producing work that lasts.
Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle large fabric pieces.
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new techniques.
