Usher LSP Grandstand - GRAND PRAIRIE, TX 75050 Description General Definition: Responsible for the promotion of positive customer relations by greeting and providing a full range of informational services to patrons upon entry and through the duration of their stay. Essential Job Functions: Greets all customers to the facility, or any other designated area where customer entry or patronage is required. Escorts patrons to seats and maintains cleanliness of all seating areas. Furnishes information (both printed and verbal) regarding all customer-related services provided throughout the facility. Provides direction to groups scheduled for specific events regarding all informational services and products. Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner. Monitors guests for problems and reports any such findings to Department Manager or Supervisor. Maintains and completes all opening/closing duties according to the procedures set forth within the department. Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Have the ability to accomplish a multitude of duties as assigned Develops and maintains forms for Admissions and Reservations Clerks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Training: High school diploma or GED No prior experience or training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires excellent communication skills, basic math and reasoning ability under extreme public scrutiny. Excellent customer service and cash handling skills preferred. Must be able to communicate fluently in English and to follow instructions as given. Bilingual a plus. Training: Responsible Gaming Licenses/Certifications/Other: Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions Physical Requirements: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
