Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, leveraging your expertise in customer service, consultative selling, and appointment setting to identify and qualify potential clients. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help drive growth by building strong relationships with prospects and turning leads into valuable sales. Duties
- Engage prospects through professional in person friendly communication, demonstrating consultative selling techniques to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client requirements, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure high-quality lead flow
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients for B2C sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or water system sales roles with a focus on B2C client engagement.
- Proficiency in building customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience with retail/restaurant/demonstration sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client communication and customer service.
- Business development experience with a track record of generating qualified leads through in person communication.
- Familiarity with sales processes related to water solutions, including competitive solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
