Clinical Coordinator - Clinic MA, LPN, RN

Overview We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with all clinical needs for our Marietta clinic patients. The Clinical Coordinator plays a crucial role coordinating patient care, including proficient chart preparation, communication, scheduling of patient visits, appropriate utilization and logging of chronic care management activities, and provider and patient support. This position will be working in the Marietta clinic daily. This is a full-time, salaried 8-hour position (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday.
