Position Summary


TTS-US is seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to join its System Solution team and provide strategic architectural leadership across a large, complex enterprise network environment.


This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy and engineering execution, with responsibility for assessing existing network environments, defining enterprise standards, developing modernization roadmaps, evaluating technologies and vendors, and guiding critical network architecture decisions.


The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering and architecture experience, deep expertise across multiple networking domains, and the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and technical levels.

Key Responsibilities

Network Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain enterprise network architecture principles, design patterns, configuration standards, and implementation guidance.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, resilient network architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership across LAN, WAN, wireless, security, and cloud-adjacent networking environments.
• Establish architectural guardrails and governance frameworks across distributed enterprise environments.

Technology Assessment & Modernization

• Assess current-state network technologies, architectures, capabilities, risks, and technical gaps.
• Develop forward-looking network modernization strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability within the enterprise network environment.
• Support large-scale network transformation and migration initiatives.

RFP & Vendor Management

• Lead and support network technology RFP development and evaluation.
• Critically assess vendor and supplier proposals from both technical and business perspectives.
• Develop clear technology recommendations supported by architectural and operational analysis.
• Present recommendations and strategic considerations to senior and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with external technology vendors and suppliers throughout evaluation and implementation processes.

Network Standards & Governance

• Develop and maintain network architecture standards, technical guidelines, and implementation practices.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency across enterprise network environments.
• Ensure network solutions meet scalability, resiliency, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide architectural oversight for engineering and implementation teams.

Complex Problem Resolution

• Provide architecture-level support for complex and escalated network issues.
• Lead structured root cause analysis for significant network incidents and recurring technical problems.
• Develop durable remediation strategies rather than short-term fixes.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve network reliability and performance.

Innovation, AI & Automation

• Champion the adoption of network automation, AI-enabled tooling, and network analytics.
• Identify opportunities to automate network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational processes.
• Evaluate technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Cisco ThousandEyes, and comparable automation and analytics platforms.
• Support initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and implementation quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering and/or network architecture experience.
• Demonstrated technical breadth across LAN, WAN, wireless, security, and cloud-adjacent services.
• Strong architectural judgment with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and resilient network designs.
• Experience defining enterprise network architecture standards and design principles.
• Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to RFP and technology evaluation processes.
• Experience presenting technology strategies and recommendations to senior or executive leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with external technology vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to provide architectural guidance to network engineering and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting networks within large-scale, distributed enterprise or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA, MPLS, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler.
• Familiarity with AI, network automation frameworks, and analytics platforms such as Ansible, Terraform, Cisco ThousandEyes, or equivalent technologies.
• Hands-on involvement in enterprise network transformation programs or large-scale migration initiatives.
• Experience developing network modernization strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Active industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, or comparable advanced networking/security credentials.

• Work Model: Hybrid - approximately 2 days per week onsite, with additional onsite presence depending on business needs.
• Hours: Standard business hours with flexibility to support maintenance windows and critical production issues.
• After-Hours Requirements: Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate is a senior-level network architect who combines deep hands-on networking expertise with enterprise architecture and strategic leadership experience.


Strong candidates should demonstrate expertise across Cisco enterprise networking, WAN, wireless, Palo Alto firewalls, Zscaler, network security, resiliency, and enterprise-scale architecture, while also being capable of leading technology assessments, RFPs, vendor evaluations, modernization roadmaps, and executive-level discussions.


This role requires someone who can move comfortably between architecture strategy, executive communication, vendor management, and detailed technical discussions with engineering teams.
