Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Home Health Location: Buda, Kyle, South Austin, Del Valle, Bastrop Dripping Springs, Wimberly, Driftwood and San Marcos Pay: $81,000 – $101,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours Help kids grow, play, and thrive — right where they feel most at home. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about empowering children to achieve independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines — all while enjoying flexibility and a supportive team culture. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs. Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover. Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system. What You’ll Need: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Texas OT license (or eligibility).
