Becoming a Barista
Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee—it's about serving up smiles, showing heart, and delivering amazing customer experiences every single time.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and blended drinks with a smile
- Deliver fast, amazing service to every customer
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for the morning rush
- Work as part of a positive, upbeat team that supports each other and keeps the energy high
Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
- Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
- Must have availability to work opening shifts
