Mental Health Clinical Supervisor – Virtual (MI & CA) The Stepping Stones Group The Opportunity SSG is looking for licensed clinical supervisors to provide virtual supervision to school-based mental health professionals in Michigan and California. This is meaningful clinical work—you'll be supporting clinicians who are serving some of the most vulnerable student populations while also providing supervision hours that count toward licensure. What You’ll Do Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) to assigned school-based clinicians Ensure ethical, quality service delivery and best practices in school settings Mentor clinicians, troubleshoot complex cases, and build their clinical competence Collaborate with our Clinical Supervision Coordinator to evaluate clinicians and address concerns Conduct annual evaluations and maintain all state licensing board documentation Schedule and lead weekly supervision sessions that meet your state's requirements Who We’re Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in your state) Minimum 5 years clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or teens (school-based preferred) Minimum 2 years providing clinical supervision Eligible to provide supervision in MI or CA with strong knowledge of your state's requirements Comfortable with virtual supervision via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet Why This Role Flexible, part-time work — School year employment (specific dates TBD) that fits your schedule Competitive compensation — $75/hour for individual supervision, $55/hour for group sessions Meaningful impact — Directly support clinicians serving students in under-resourced schools Supervision hours — Count toward your own continuing education and licensure requirements Professional autonomy — Lead supervision your way within state and ethical guidelines What You Need A quiet, confidential space for virtual sessions (or in-person if your state requires) Reliable computer and internet for video conferencing Current state license (we'll verify and keep on file) #J-18808-Ljbffr The Stepping Stones Group, LLC
