Drainage Operators, Labourers & Drainlayers Your Day-to-Day: As a Drainage Operator in our Drainage team, you'll be carrying out a variety of tasks including infrastructure installation tasks for water treatment equipment and facilities to wastewater pump stations, treatment systems, and everything in between. Installing storm water and sewer pipelines, as well as pressure and gravity infrastructure, for both public and private sector projects. PE welding, confined space entries, telecom and power utility installations, concrete work, occasional landscaping—the list goes on. We are looking for experienced operators of: Drainage Labourers Multi Skilled Operator with Class 4 Civil Carpenter - Drainage work focused We are also looking for: Drainlayers or those looking to complete a drainlayers certificate. What You'll Need To hit the ground running, you'll generally need: Experience in the construction industry or something similar A current, clean Class 2 Licence Experience with excavators, loaders, and compaction equipment is an advantage A flexible & adaptable approach with a strong work ethic Efficient and forward thinking A safety-first mindset Be a NZ Citizen, Resident or hold a current NZ Work Visa Nice-to-haves (but not essential): Holding a WTR endorsement Class 4 Licence Experience operating other machinery Why You'll Love Working With Us Great hourly rate – above the national average Performance-based incentives Health Insurance after 9 months (yes, it covers pre-existing conditions!)
