What We Need To See Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience working in data centers or large engineering labs. Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Perforce. Experience with DCIM tools such as Nautobot. Scripting experience with shell, Python, and,or Ansible. Working knowledge of networking protocols and services including TCP,IP, DNS, NFS, and SSL. Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS. Experience working with PCBs, GPUs, and system deployments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven problem-solving ability and strong collaboration skills. What Makes You Stand Out Experience managing HPC clusters using tools such as BCM and Slurm. Hands‑on experience with OpenStack. Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent. Strong background in Windows and Linux administration. Understanding of dense datacenter design across compute, storage, and networking. Experience with hypervisors and virtual machine platforms. Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including liquid‑cooling environments. Demonstrated technical curiosity and innovation. Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands‑on, physical work. High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to push work to completion.
