This position is responsible for transporting patients in a safe and efficient manner to and from various destinations. This position will work every other weekend and rotate holidays.

Responsibilities and duties include transporting patients to and from various departments in a safe and efficient manner. Use utility life equipment as trained. Maintain equipment to ensure proper working condition. Clean carts and wheelchairs. Locate equipment and re-stock oxygen for the next day. Respond to code assist with proper equipment. As a high reliability organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.

Position requires BLS in Cardiac Telemetry training after hire. For Pickerington, Riverside, Grant, Dublin, and Doctors Campus - position requires BLS in Cardiac Telemetry training after hire.
