About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in leading the enterprise-wide financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support the business's objectives. This includes overseeing cash flow management in a capital-intensive environment, driving the evolution of financial reporting processes, and partnering with ownership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing leadership and mentorship to the accounting function, collaborating with operations to enhance financial visibility, and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, inventory management, and capital allocation strategies. Experience in leading and developing accounting and finance teams is essential, and a background in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred. The role requires a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at the executive level. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or CPA being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on finance leader, capable of driving performance and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
