Position Overview

Infinova is seeking an Entry-Level Field Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an in-person, face-to-face customer sales position . You will interact directly with customers, explain available products and services, answer questions, identify customer needs, recommend appropriate options, and complete sales.

This position does not involve door-to-door sales.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Present and explain available products, services, and current promotions.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate options.
• Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information.
• Complete sales and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in paid sales training, coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Compensation

• Guaranteed hourly pay at the applicable New Jersey minimum wage, plus commission.
• Typical total weekly earnings: $630–$1,000 per week, including commissions , based on recent earnings for representatives in this position.
• Actual weekly earnings vary based on hours worked, individual sales performance, and commissions earned.
• Employees are guaranteed at least their applicable hourly wages for all hours worked, regardless of sales performance.
• Overtime will be paid when applicable and as required by law.
• The $630–$1,000 weekly earnings range is not guaranteed. Guaranteed compensation is based on the applicable hourly wage and hours worked.
