JOB SUMMARY The Business Office Assistant will assist with both Human Resources and Financial functions. The person in this role will have the opportunity to wear many hats and be a great resource for both residents and team members. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organization skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities. Administrative support and data entry. Maintain accurate employee files. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and summaries as needed or requested. Manage Long Term Care insurance claims. Order community office supplies. Reception/Concierge back up as needed. Maintain professional confidentiality. Perform other duties as specified by Business Office Manager and Executive Director. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect. Education: Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or relevant field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping or office experience Skills: Typing and data entry, use of computers and copiers, filing, payroll skills.
