What You’ll Do

• C ontact warm, high-intent leads provided daily —no cold calling required
• Connect with clients to understand their needs, goals, and financial priorities
• Recommend life insurance solutions that provide the best protection for individuals and families
• Meet with clients virtually via phone or video appointments
• Manage your own schedule with full flexibility and control over your time
• Follow a proven sales system with step-by-step training and ongoing support
• Work closely with experienced mentors who are invested in your growth and success
• Track your performance , monitor key metrics, and continuously improve your results
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and industry best practices to enhance your effectiveness

• Motivated, self-driven individuals with a strong desire to earn $100,000+ per year.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow income through performance-based opportunities
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (no experience required)
• Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to follow a proven, step-by-step system
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-discipline
• Professional, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to pass a background check
• Growth-minded, with an interest in long-term career advancement and leadership opportunities
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or via virtual platforms (Zoom, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and CRM systems
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
