Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and long‑term health. Partner with dentists to identify and support comprehensive treatment needs. Build trust and lasting relationships with patients of all ages. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish. Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. What We’re Looking For Active Dental Hygienist license in New Mexico (or ability to obtain). Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and patient education skills. Passion for providing exceptional clinical care and service. Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. A licensed dental hygienist passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of your scope.
